Plain English Service Agreement

This Agreement between you the user("Member") and the website operator ("Blacknet").

1. Rule Number 1 is Don't Do Anything Stupid.
   What constitutes "stupid" is at the sole discretion of BlackNet and not open to appeal or debate. Accounts exhibiting stupid behaviour will be terminated and any unused funds will be forfeit. BlackNet reserves the right to co-operate with injured third parties in efforts to trace, cease or prosecute acts of stupidity.
   
   Examples of stupidity include (but are not limited to):
   • Conducting any kind of network abuse against another network, host, website, or internet user.
   • Engaging in phishing or fraud in any manner whatsoever.
     
     
2. Member indemnifies and holds harmless Blacknet against any and all ill effects of using this service regardless of the cause. Use at your own risk.
   
   
3. In the event of a lost password and/or invalid email address, customer validation will occur via the question/answer hints. Select these values accordingly, it is the last recourse to re-obtain access to your account. In the event that you cannot answer the question/answer hint to an account, access will be denied and any unused time forfeit.
4. Bandwidth overage will be billed at $2/Gig.
